missingWrote a review on Nov 20awkward breakfastsgrumpy staff
the decor is rather nice, but the breakfast delivery at such an awkward time is truly annoying. also, the staff could use a lesson in hospitality, considering how grumpy they were during check-in. a lobby with proper hours would’ve been appreciated, yet I still didn’t receive even a complimentary gesture for my troubles. absoluteley disappointing. I almost considered giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

fabulous location, large bathroom, excellent air-conditioning
The check-in time felt inconvenient!!! Staff member could have been more welcoming!!! Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable!!! A more attractive lobby space with better hours would enhance the experience!!!

Perfect for couples seeking romance
Had a beautiful experience with the breakfast brought to our room while looking out at the fine piazza! The air conditioning worked wonders, especially since it was too cold at times so we had to switch it off!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, I don't regret spending that money.

Charming boutique hotel with beautifully updated decor. spacious bathroom and large shower. perfect location near vibrant shopping streets and dining options. staff went above and beyond with early breakfasts for our tight schedules.
A bit of noise from the street could be heard at night. but overall, it was manageable and didn't detract from our stay.
